What are my payment options?
Plenty! You can pay by debit card, credit card, EFT, direct deposit - whichever is easiest for you. We’re proud to partner with PayFast, SA's leading online payment gateway, ensuring a secure, easy payment process. 

In store we are a cashless store, we accept Visa , Mastercard and Samsung Pay powered by Yoco.

Can I collect my order?
Yes! We are based in Cape Town, (35 Bellair, Vredehoek,Cape Town 8001) so if you are in the area you are welcome to select collection as the shipping method. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.  If the time doesn’t suit you, let us know and we will make arrangements.
Collection times:
Mon,Wed,Fri:10:00-16:00

Do you deliver?
Yes we do deliver nationwide in South Africa. Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally yet.

How long will my delivery take?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days from placing your order. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days once dispatched and will be delivered to your door by courier.
We will keep you updated via emails.
**Please note, we require a physical address for delivery, and do not deliver to P.O boxes. Please feel free to contact us if you have no other option - we’ll make a plan to get your order to you.


How much will shipping cost?
Shipping calculated at checkout. 
Shipping will depend on the weight/Volumetric weight of the parcel and the delivery location. 
Example : Parcel weight 0-2kg 
Delivered locally R60
Delivered to main centre R75
Delivered to regional R115

Because of the nature of our products sometimes the courier will charge according to Volumetric weight [ (LxWxH/4000 ] rather than physical weight. Please keep this in mind when you order.


Returns and Exchanges
Sorry, no refunds. We are very happy to exchange if you are unhappy with the size or colour (we love it when our plants have grown more than expected) Clients are responsible to return the package to the warehouse (35 Bellair, Vredehoek,Cape Town 8001) at their own cost. They will also be responsible for the extra cost to have it delivered. Please inform us of the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
If the product is incorrect or damaged we will organize collection and delivery of the new product (at our expense). Please let us know within 3 days of delivery.
 
Are Plants Included?
Online , Unfortunately not. While you may be impressed with the plants we have cultivated in these pictures, we are not a nursery and thus can only provide you with the planters and not the plants depicted inside them. 
Pop in to the store where you can buy carefully selected indoor plants. *Limited quantities available.
